How bad is it? Well apparently, Cheech and Chong are twins Louis and Lucien, who can feel pain from each other's injuries, revolt against a tyrannical regent who holds France under his iron fist. This one ended the laughter and after this one Cheech and Chong broke up only to reunite 20 years later, and pretty much it is the worst of the classic Cheech and Chong movies. ![]() It's the most bizarre of the films they made and if you can find it you'll probably get a chuckle out of it, but the ending is kind of forgettable.Ĭheech and Chong's The Corsican Brothers (1984) Still Smokin isn't as good as Cheech and Chong's earlier movies due to the over-emphasis on vignettes, but it still gives some laughs. The rest of the movie is a collage of day dreams and ideas (series of sketches or vignettes) for the show they want to put on for the promoter in Amsterdam. Cheech and Chong are dropped in a nonsensical situation in a foreign country. And no, Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton do not make cameos in the movie. Cheech and Chong fly to the Marijuana Capital of the world, Amsterdam, for a film festival where they take Dolly Parton and Burt Reynold's place in a limo, suite, press conference and performance. 5 movies in a row starring Richard "Cheech" Marin and Thomas "Tommy" Chong, this time they are still smoking weed just for good old times sake.
